Sliphook - Terms and Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.sliphook.co.uk ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
www.sliphook.co.uk reserves the right to:
2.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that www. sliphook.co.uk shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
2.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

3. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REGARDING THE WEBSITE
3.1 The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
3.2 To the extent permitted by law, www. sliphook.co.uk will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
3.3 www.sliphook.co.uk makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

4. RETURN OF GOODS
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the product that we supply. We will gladly accept returns and give a full refund. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days and in their original condition. Items which have been secured to the ground will not qualify for a refund. The cost of return carriage will be paid by us if the item: is faulty, does not comply with the order (i.e. it is the wrong colour) or is not suitable for a motorcycle that we have recommended. Under any other circumstances a charge for return carriage may be deducted from the refundable amount. An item which has been damaged or defaced in any way after the initial delivery has been completed and signed for will not qualify for a full refund. If an item is first received in a damaged condition, sign for it as "Received damaged" or "Received un-checked". Make a note of the courier's details, including consignment and/or tracking number. When returning an item please retain the tracking information provided by the courier. Returned items must be suitably packaged to prevent loss or damage during transit.

5. PRODUCT LIABILITY
No liability will be accepted for:
5.1 Loss of, or damage to property caused by a delayed delivery or absence of a sliphook product.
5.2 Injury, death or damage to property during the handling of a sliphook product
5.3 Injury, death or damage to property during the installation or removal of a sliphook product.
5.4 Injury, death or damage to property during the use or misuse of a sliphook product.
5.5 Loss of, or damage to property caused by a criminal act.
5.6 Labour charges for the installation or removal of a sliphook product.

6. PAYMENTS, ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment will be by credit card, debit card (via Paypal merchant service) or by cheque. Cheques payable to sliphook. After an order has been placed an order acknowledgement will be sent via email (or post by request). The order acknowledgement will confirm the total order value, the delivery address and the estimated dispatch date. Queries regarding the order acknowledgement must by raised immediately. The order may be changed or cancelled without penalty upto 24 hours before the dispatch date shown on the order acknowledgement. Orders changed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to dispatch may be subject to an administration fee or additional carriage charge.

7. CARRIAGE
Carriage is free to mainland England and Wales. Carriage to all other destinations may be subject to an additional charge. Any additional charge will be shown on the order acknowledgement. If an item is received in a damaged condition, sign for it as "Received damaged" or "Received un-checked". Make a note of the courier's details, including consignment and/or tracking number.

8. Privacy
Sliphook will not share any of your personal and private information with third parties. Sliphook does not place cookies on your computer.
